NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL PERMIT - 29 UNION STREET
In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A and the Plainfield Zoning Bylaw, the planning board will hold a public hearing in-person at the Plainfield Town Hall at 348 Main Street at 7:00 pm on August 17, 2022 to consider an application by Dale Eddy (NexAmp) for a Special Permit for Solar PV Installation (Battery Energy Storage) to be located at 29 Union Street.
The application is available on the town’s website at plainfield-ma.us/pbhearings. Written public comments sent by mail to the planning board or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org received prior to the public hearing will be read and entered into the public record.
