PLAINFIELD PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL PERMIT – 129 GRANT STREET

In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A and the Plainfield Zoning Bylaw, the planning board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022 at 7:00pm to consider an application received Sept. 9, 2022 from Mary Flahive-Dickson (BTE Inc.) for a Special Permit for property located at 129 Grant Street for the following Commercial Use: Marijuana Production.

The public hearing will be held in-person at the town hall at 348 Main Street.
The application is available on the town website at plainfield- ma.us/pbhearings. Written public comments sent by mail to the Planning Board at 304 Main Street or by email to planning@town.plainfield.ma.us that are received prior to the public hearing will be read and entered into the public record.

Agenda for the remainder of the planning board meeting will be posted at least 48 hours prior.
