The Plainfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Plainfield Town Hall, 348 Main Street, Plainfield MA to consider the application of 27 Broom Street LLC for a Special Permit, as required under Section 4.2 of the Plainfield Zoning By-laws.

The applicant proposes to construct a 16,000 square foot marijuana cultivation facility, which will include a processing area, greenhouse, on-site parking, pedestrian sidewalks, storm water drainage, a fenced and secured outdoor grow area and an on-site septic system.

The complete application and plans are available for public inspection during regular business hours; Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and Thursdays 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
at the Town Clerk’s Office located in the Plainfield Town Offices, 304 Main Street, Plainfield MA. Anyone wishing information and/or to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
