Plainfield Broadband is the team of town volunteers and employees working as a department of the town (the Plainfield Light and Telecommunications Department) working to build the network.
Whip City Fiber is the team from our neighbors in the city of Westfield who work as a department in their city (the Westfield Gas + Electric). They are helping us build the network and will be our Internet Service Provider.
